System Requirements

Service: Y3S Challenges and Simulated Trading Platform

1. Overview

This document specifies the minimum system requirements that the Customer must meet in order to access and use the Y3S Platform and associated services. These requirements are provided in accordance with the Provider's obligation to supply pre-contractual information pursuant to applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in degraded performance, inability to access certain features, or complete inability to use the Services. The Provider shall not be liable for any issues arising from the Customer's failure to meet these system requirements.

2. Supported Devices

Note: Beta versions, developer previews, and end-of-life operating systems are not supported.

4. Web Browser Requirements

The Y3S Platform is a web-based application. The Customer must use a modern, up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled.

Important — disable blockers before trading: The Platform relies on persistent WebSocket connections and background Web Workers / Service Workers to deliver real-time prices, position updates, stop-loss / take-profit triggers, and Challenge rule evaluation. Tools that block or interfere with these mechanisms may cause missed trades, delayed or skipped SL/TP execution, stale account balances, and incorrect Challenge states.

Before using the Services, the Customer must disable or whitelist the Y3S domain for the following categories:

  • Ad blockers and content blockers (e.g. uBlock Origin, AdBlock, AdBlock Plus, Ghostery, Brave Shields)
  • Script and tracker blockers (e.g. NoScript, Privacy Badger, DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials)
  • VPN and proxy extensions, corporate firewalls, and deep-packet-inspection antivirus modules
  • Browser “enhanced tracking protection” / strict privacy modes that disable Service Workers or WebSockets
  • Any extension that disables JavaScript, cookies, local storage, or cross-origin requests

For the best user experience and proper functionality of the Platform, we strongly recommend keeping all of the above categories disabled, or the Y3S domain whitelisted, at all times while using the Services.

5. Internet Connection

The Platform relies on a continuous WebSocket connection for real-time market data and Challenge rule evaluation. The Provider is not responsible for trading issues caused by the Customer's network environment.

6. Additional Requirements

JavaScript: Must be enabled in the browser. The Platform will not function with JavaScript disabled.

Cookies: Must be enabled. Session management and user preferences require cookie support.

Screen Resolution: Minimum 1,366 × 768 pixels. A resolution of 1,920 × 1,080 or higher is recommended for optimal trading experience.

Hardware: A device with at least an Intel Core i3 (10th Gen) / AMD Ryzen 3 (3000 series) or Apple M1 processor and 8 GB RAM is required. 16 GB RAM is recommended for multi-chart setups.

7. Disclaimer

While the Provider strives for broad compatibility, it does not guarantee that the Services will function correctly on every specific combination of hardware, software, and network configuration. The Services are provided “as is” with respect to compatibility.

By purchasing or using the Service, the Customer confirms that their system meets the requirements set out in this document. For detailed technical specifications, including third-party platform requirements and update policies, please refer to the Technical Requirements page.
