Failure to meet these requirements may result in poor performance, instability, or inability to use the Services, for which the Provider bears no liability.
To ensure the proper functioning of the Y3S Platform and associated trading interfaces, the Customer must use a device that meets the following minimum specifications:

| Memory (RAM) | Minimum 8 GB RAM (16 GB recommended for multi-chart setups). |

| Peripherals | Keyboard and pointing device (mouse or trackpad). |
Security Warning: The use of jailbroken, rooted, or otherwise compromised devices is strictly prohibited, as this poses a security risk to the Platform.
The Services are supported only on operating systems that are currently receiving security updates from their respective manufacturers.
| Platform | Supported Versions |
|---|---|
| Windows | Windows 10 (64-bit) or Windows 11. |
| macOS | macOS 12 (Monterey) or later. |

| Parameter | Requirement |
|---|---|

The Services may integrate with or require access to third-party trading platforms (e.g., cTrader, DXtrade, Match-Trader, MetaTrader, or others).
Separate Requirements: These third-party platforms may have higher or different system requirements than the Y3S dashboard. The Customer is responsible for checking the specific requirements of the chosen trading platform.
EULA Acceptance: Access to third-party platforms may require the Customer to accept a separate End User Licence Agreement (EULA) with the software vendor.
Availability: The Provider does not control third-party platforms and is not liable for their downtime, bugs, or maintenance windows.
In accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/770, Article 8, the Provider may supply updates (including security updates) necessary to keep the digital content in conformity.
Mandatory Updates: The Customer agrees to install necessary updates to their operating system, browser, or trading application promptly upon release.
Liability: If the Customer fails to install a supplied update within a reasonable time, the Provider shall not be liable for any defects or security issues resulting solely from the absence of the relevant update.
While the Provider strives for broad compatibility, it does not guarantee that the Services will function correctly on every specific combination of hardware, software, and settings. The Services are provided "as is" with respect to compatibility.
By purchasing or using the Service, the Customer confirms that their technical setup meets the requirements set out in this document.
