Withdrawal Form

Information pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU, Annex I(B)

IMPORTANT WARNING

If you request that the Services begin during the withdrawal period by activating your voucher, you expressly acknowledge that — by actively checking the confirmation checkbox at the point of voucher activation — you expressly request immediate commencement of the digital content service and lose your right of withdrawal from that moment, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and § 1837(l) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Czech Civil Code).

This consent is recorded with a timestamp and your account identifier.

✓ You CAN withdraw:

Within 14 days of purchase, provided you have NOT activated your voucher. Note: If your voucher access has been temporarily suspended under Article 19.4 (non-activation within 30 days of purchase), your right of withdrawal remains intact — suspension does not constitute activation.

✗ You CANNOT withdraw:

If you have activated your voucher and confirmed commencement of the digital content service by checking the confirmation checkbox at the point of activation, in accordance with Article 19.3.1 of the Terms of Service.

Information About Your Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use this model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

What happens after you withdraw?

  1. Confirmation: We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request via email.
  2. Refund: If you are entitled to a refund (voucher not activated, request submitted within 14 days), we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
  3. Method: We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
  4. No Refund: No refund is due if you have activated your voucher, as the service will have been fully performed at your express request.
