⚠ IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE
This document forms part of the contractual documentation between you and UOwn Corporation s.r.o. (the "Provider"). By completing your purchase and activating your Challenge, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Warning in its entirety. This Risk Warning governs all performance-based reward payments made in cryptocurrency.
Performance-based rewards paid by the Provider in cryptocurrency are contractual payments made in recognition of demonstrated trading skill within a simulated environment. They are not:
The Provider transfers cryptocurrency directly from its own wallet to the Customer's designated wallet address. The Provider does NOT:
Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. The value of any cryptocurrency payout may increase or decrease significantly — including to zero — between the time the reward is calculated and the time it is received in or converted from your wallet.
2.1 Standard Cryptocurrencies (e.g. BTC, ETH)
Price fluctuations of 10–30% within a single day are common.
The Provider is not responsible for any loss in value caused by market movements during or after transfer processing.
2.2 Stablecoins (e.g. USDT, USDC)
Even stablecoins may lose parity with the reference fiat currency due to issuer insolvency, regulatory action, or market conditions.
De-pegging risk:
The Provider is not the issuer of any stablecoin and is not liable for any event affecting the issuer.
Issuer risk:
Stablecoins may be subject to regulatory or market changes affecting their availability or value. The Provider will notify Customers of any changes affecting payout methods with at least 30 days' notice.
Regulatory risk:
⚠ CRITICAL — BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTIONS CANNOT BE REVERSED
Once the Provider initiates a transfer to the wallet address you provide, the transaction is permanent and cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded under any circumstances. It is your sole responsibility to verify the wallet address and network before submitting a payout request.
3.1 Wallet Address Errors
You are solely responsible for providing a correct, compatible wallet address.
Funds sent to an incorrect address are permanently lost. The Provider bears no liability for such errors.
3.2 Network Compatibility
You must ensure that the wallet address supports the specific blockchain network used for the transfer (e.g. ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20).
Sending funds to a wallet on an incompatible network will result in permanent, irrecoverable loss.
The applicable network will be specified in the payout interface at the time of your request.
| Fee Type | Details |
|---|---|
| Network (Gas) Fees | Blockchain transaction fees may be deducted from the payout amount. These fees vary based on network congestion and are outside the Provider's control. |
| Minimum Threshold | Cryptocurrency withdrawals: minimum €50 (or equivalent). Bank transfers: minimum €20 (or equivalent). (Article 18.6.4 of the Terms of Service) |
| Exchange Fees | If you convert the received cryptocurrency to fiat, third-party exchange fees may apply. The Provider is not responsible for such fees. |
| Currency Risk | If you receive cryptocurrency and later convert it, the conversion rate is outside the Provider's control. |
⚠ NO DEPOSIT OR INVESTOR PROTECTION APPLIES
Cryptocurrency payouts are NOT covered by deposit guarantee schemes (Directive 2014/49/EU). Cryptocurrency payouts are NOT covered by investor compensation schemes (Directive 97/9/EC). There is no EU-level guarantee fund for lost or misappropriated cryptocurrency.
5.1 Cybersecurity
You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys, seed phrases, and wallet.
The Provider is not liable for hacking, phishing, malware, or unauthorised access to your personal wallet.
The Provider will never ask for your private key or seed phrase.
Cryptocurrency rewards may constitute taxable income in your jurisdiction. Tax treatment varies by country of residence.
The Provider may become subject to reporting obligations under Directive (EU) 2023/2226 (DAC8) or other applicable tax transparency legislation. The Provider will notify Customers if and when any such reporting obligation applies.

with at least 30 (thirty) calendar days' prior notice, except where the change is required by law, regulatory order, or where continuing the payout method would pose an immediate security or compliance risk. In such urgent cases, the Provider will offer an alternative payout method (e.g. bank transfer) and provide notice as soon as reasonably practicable.
