The Provider is NOT a regulated financial institution, investment firm, broker, or authorised dealer. The Provider's prop trading evaluation services do not constitute investment services within the meaning of Article 4(1)(2) of Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II), as the services do not involve real financial instruments or real client capital and therefore fall entirely outside the scope of that Directive. The services are strictly educational and evaluative in nature, consisting of simulated trading with fictional funds. The Provider does not require — and does not hold — any licence or authorisation under: Czech Act No. 256/2004 Coll. on Capital Market Undertakings; Czech Act No. 370/2017 Coll. on Payment Services; Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA).
If a dispute arises between the Provider and a Consumer that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement to the competent ADR entity:
